Customer Support was AWESOME
Customer Support was AWESOME. Thank you especially to Zazi for helping me through email and then even walking me through the steps over the phone. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, and the process to help me was maybe 10. He was so kind and helpful. If I have any further issues, I will be calling my new friend! Thank you so much!

Love the Wisephone
Love the Wisephone. My youngest son has it and of I had a redo I would only allow all my children to have it. It provides for needs without stealing life by being addicted to apps. I had an issue with billing but it was addressed. My only constructive criticism is to get weekend and/or evening hours.

Exceptional service from Yolani at Techless
Yolani was great helping me get my service plan registered for my wisephone. She was super patient and I went roughly 15 minutes past the closing time. I was tired and had to have stuff repeated about 10 times.

YES!!!!…
Yolani literally held my hand through the setting up process for over an hour. She was SO HELPFUL!!! Im excited to get used to Wisephone 2 and continue my quest to utilize my time lessoning those little anxious feelings that combined create a loss of true self.
