I spoke with Tina a number of times and she had excellent customer service. She obviously has great people skills and has went above and beyond in helping us purchase and learn how to use our new wise phone. She always gets back to us about any and all concerns we have and walked us through many situations that we needed help with. I would dare to say she is one of the best front line people that I have experienced in any company for the past number of year ! Great employee

The phone and service fitted our needs prefectly, and we would still have phone and service if it had not been that are son is going to be completing high school and attending college at the same time and needed access to emails and apps, to complete this phase of his education. Personally, I would have preferred to stay with the Wisephone II if change wasn't needed for educational purposes.

Whenever I have any problems with my phone or if I need explanations on my bill, I can always call in. The last time I called in Zazi and Jay we’re so wonderful and helped me to understand my bill.
