ordered the water dispenser. it was delivered with a missing stainless steel tray. Emailed them a photo of what was delivered, got a reply that management needs days to look into the matter. Dont buy here.

We're not about endless toys that end up gathering dust. At Teazys, it's about quality not quantity.

I ordered three speedy tails and was confirmed for a free plastic bag of sorts. Shipping took almost a month. I tried one of the speedy tails. It is very loud, and my cats were not attracted at all. The battery lasted only a couple of minutes. No problem; they promise to take everything back if the cats don't like it, or so I thought. First, they tried to convince me to keep the toys and receive a 50% credit toward my next purchase. They warned me that my shipping costs might be expensive and that their inspection could reject the return. Since two of the toys were unused and only one had been used for a couple of minutes, I still opted to return the goods. Three weeks after they received the parcel, I inquired about my refund. They said it would take up to 30 days to inspect the goods. Now, 30 days after they received the goods, they no longer respond to my emails. Additionally, I found out that the same toys are being sold on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Verdict: this is a scam!

I ordered multiple items, including several 2.0 remote controlled cat-chase toys. It turned out that all the remote toys broadcast on the same frequency and could not be used concurrently. I sought a refund, accepted a written offer, and had a separate CSR enter the interaction to rescind Teazys offer because I stated I would not be fully satisfied. They then demanded I pay to ship the items back for inspection, which would either have the refund rejected outright or accepted items would be subject to an exhorbitant restocking fee. After I restated that I had already accepted an offer in writing and demanded they honor that, I got a truncated message to simply "wash your mouth." I had been forward and blunt about my expectations, but in no way rude or insulting. The company ignored me until their return period completely closed and are now stating no return will be accepted.

Beyond the fact that Teazys is obviously a scam company selling cat toys they claim as their own at laughably inflated prices, they also have a strategy to keep you from returning their goods. They simply don't allow you to do it. In my case, I purchased a ball and feather toy. The items took a month to arrive and they lied to me all along the way when I inquired about where the order was ("it was shipped out" and "it will arrive soon") when in fact it just didn't get shipped for a month - I got the notification when it was truthfully shipped. When the shipment arrived, the box housing the ball was smashed becuase they SHIPPED A FLIMSY BOX IN AN ENVELOPE. As soon as I opened it I told them I was going to return it - it was meant as a gift for friends and after a month the event had passed (not to mention, smashed box). They told me I couldn't return the items because the ball's BOX WAS SMASHED. I 100% believe they did this on purpose and I've read other reviews claiming the same thing. The rep I spoke to finally said: "50% refund offer is the maximum compensation we are able to provide in accordance with our company policies." I asked to view their company return policy as it wasn't on their website. They never sent one. Skip this fake company and just buy the exact same toys on Amazon for a fraction of the price. Or if you get scammed like I did, file a claim with your bank.

I order one of the car toys and when I hit purchase I was linked to my old address. I immediately tried to change shipping address, which I thought I did in time. I sent 3 follow up emails and they said it was too late. They chose no to ship a new one or reimburse me. I would have reordered. They didn’t work with me!

I never received the product. I ordered the robotic cat toy. And received nothing. Reached out to them and received nothing again. They play on your emotions of maybe finally finding that special toy that You would love your cat to engage with. In the end it's just a scam. Such a bummer. I should have come here to trust pilot first to see what they were about. It's all true unfortunately

Cats are interested in the toy, but on a full charge the toy only go for a couple minute. Not worth it.

Buyer Beware. This is a SCAM. Teazys invented nothing. All their products are buy-in. The AquaBot 2.0 fountain is made by a company called PetGravity (it says so right on the unit). The difference is PetGravity sells this exact product at 1/2 the price. That's over $80 less than Teazys.
