We have 2 cats so it's a small sample size but this tail ball didn't really capture the imagination of either of them... charged up the ball per the instructions and it moved around as advertised but they pursued the ball for a few minutes, sniffed it and then got bored with it...I didn't even bother to call them on their 30 day guarantee since this was purchased a couple of months before Christmas...

Purchased the Aquabot water dish in December 2024 after being served an ad on Facebook. The item came from China after about 12 days. I noticed that the name on the product was PetGravity and not Aquabot but was not sure what to make of that. The price paid was ~$90 US. Nine months later in August 2025, the device no longer filled the dish with water, made random beeping noises after powering on, and lights flashed randomly. I went to Teazeys.com and saw the product was still for sale (in fact they had an upgraded it to "Aquabot 2.0" which now had a stainless steel water cup). The site mentioned they had a 1 year warranty and if I had a problem, they would ship out a replacement. When I contacted them via their website form, I received no response. A week later I sent an email to their customer service email address and received a reply asking for a video demonstrating what I was seeing. I provided that and the reply shocked me. Customer service said that since I have had the device for "5 months" (inaccurate since I had it for 9 months) and since the device was already used, the best they could offer as a "nice gesture" was a coupon code for 50% off. When I replied asking why they weren't honoring the 1 year warranty listed on their website, I received no reply for multiple days. I then searched on Amazon and found the same "PetGravity" water dish listed for sale for $50 US. They also had the "2.0" model with the stainless bowl available. This led me to believe that Teazys is simply reselling these products for almost double the cost. So they are either a reseller marking up prices or a scam site using Facebook/TikTok ads to make people think they are the manufacturer. Buyer BEWARE!

I ordered 2 speedy tails. I was initially happy with my purchase because the toy was very engaging for my cats. However one of them stopped working correctly after 2 months, only moving in one direction & not the other. I contacted completely service through their online request form twice. Nothing. I tried again via email and got a response but not the resolution I expected. I sent videos of the issue as requested I was told the 30 day warranty expired. And although they offered a 50% discount to purchase another, I am not satisfied because their website clearly states they stand behind their quality and offer 1 year warranty. Waiting to hear back after sending a screenshot of that warranty claim. I like the the toy. It’s a shame it doesn’t stand up to play Abe’s they don’t stand behind their product claim.

I purchased the cat toy that is a ball with feathers that us rechargable. The first day it worked great: my cat was running back and forth chasing it before the toy ran out of juice in about 15 minutes. Since, no matter how long I charge, it will run for maybe one or two minutes then die. Overpriced toy that doesn't work after two days.

Cat didn't like it, returns weren't easy enough to justify. Gave it away instead.

I purchased the speedy tail 2.0. Charged before I used it Used 3 x and the arm that goes around the ball kept releasing so the toy would stop. I wouldn't buy this. The motor is not powerful enough and it only runs about a minute before arm disengages.

Yes, they loved it, but if got stuck way too easy. I'm disabled and it became a chore to me. It got stuck and shut down in places it could easily get out of. Hey, you got a kid with the energy to unstick it. Buy it. If not, it will only entertain them for a minute, before you have to get up.
