WellcoreReviews of teamwellcore.com

I had a few issues with an order, but what really stood out was how Annamae handled them. She followed up with me multiple times and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved and that I was taken care of. Mistakes happen with any company, but it’s how those mistakes are handled that really defines the customer experience. I was honestly surprised and impressed by the amount of time, care, and personal attention Annamae put into making things right. If anything, the experience made me more confident in continuing to order from Wellcore. Knowing there are people like Annamae behind the company who genuinely care about their customers makes all the difference.

I paid over $200 for GHKCU. It took over a week to ship and today it arrived lukewarm and was late.

First order executed well however order status was stuck in their system. It appears they moved into a new system now which is also littered with bugs. I spoke to customer service a few weeks ago and while they resolved my issue by placing a new order (nothing innovative) nothing was really resolved regarding the order in a stuck status. Very strict about not offering any compensation/discounts. Felt like I was speaking to someone in finance rather than customer service rep. Fast forward to today I'm trying to get a refill assuming they fixed this. Customer portal does not work correctly. The request refill function simply does not work and I had already entered a support ticket yesterday. I have not heard back yet. No one to pick up the phones on either line around 5:30PM EST - they claim to be open till 5 CST. The resolution should not be to keep placing new orders. Prescription by design are meant to have refills, most of these peptides are not one and done programs. The solution should not be for me to just keep placing new orders and paying consultation fees over and over. Moral of the story is, things will go wrong but you can fix them with proper customer service. Any business that fails but makes it right will always get my 5 star view. The switch from Empower to Greenwich RX is also concerning.

I paid for a consult and sent like 4 emails to them. They switched the pharmacy that they used to use from Empower to Greenwich RX. Greenwich is one of the worst compounding pharmacies in Texas. They switched because Greenwich is much cheaper for Wellcore that Empower was. You pay for what you get!

I’ve been going through process of vetting some potential therapies and I have to admit, Wellcore’s intake process, including blood collection, analysis, and Dr. visit to go over results was worth the $. I’ve got a great understanding of the process and opportunity for my unique results. If you’re looking to make an informed decision and not sold to, I felt Wellcore did a great job balancing that line. If I decided to move forward with therapies, they would be my first choice.

I have been on HRT for 8-10yrs and have always gone to a clinic. Once I found Wellcore, I found what this therapy was/is supposed to be. They truly take care of their customer. Constant communication, blood work, easy in home shipments, everything is easy and very well organized. I also, feel WAY safer with the blood work walk throughs and not just a phone message saying "everything looks fine". They take the time to go over everything with you and ensure you are at optimum levels or your lifestyle. Love it!

Always thorough and thoughtful during the consultation. The ease of use with the at-home blood test is truly amazing. They are (and will continue)l to be) my hormone optimization solution. They win on service, quality and value hands down.
