My Husband Mr James Drysdale bought a fire pit. The fire pit came discoloured & without lava stones. When we contacted teamson were told to take a 10% refund. Or else we could pay to have it picked up & returned at our cost. We have written 4 emails to teamson. Last Thursday 16th July 2020 & are still waiting for an answer despite offering to buy a more expensive fire pit. Customer service absolutely shocking
