WONDERFUL. After placing my order I was not given an expected delivery date. Upon inquiry they responded promptly, apologized, and let me know it had already been shipped. They were very kind and understanding - trying extra hard to make sure we got this by Christmas. So refreshing to experience that. Now most importantly - the product they sold me was AMAZING. No one else had anything that was quite as good. This was exactly what I wanted: well thought out, not gody or over the top but also beautiful and charming. The price fit for what I was getting. I am confident that the little vanity I bought will be used for years. Its so nice to have someone making things for kids that are not intended to last a few months-a year. PLEASED!!

Ordered an item from Walmart and missing the main piece when I put it together. Keep in mind this is during covid and 2 days before Christmas, I contacted them and they not only shipping the missing piece but sent it via next day so my daughter can have a memorable Christmas. Things like these you don’t forget about a company.

This company is amazing to work with!! I needed a replacement part that was thrown out by accident. The item was a gift so I did not have the receipt. They replaced the item with no problems. In the correspondence that I had with them they not only addressed my problem but also added a personal note to each email. It made me feel like I really mattered as a customer that they were genuine in my being satisfied. I wish all companies had the GREAT customer that Teamson does.

Teamson did answer my ? promptly, it was very much appreciated!

Amazing company and customer service! Not only did they have the perfect gift for my son, they also had the perfect chair I needed for my office room! The variety of products this company has to offer is wonderful!

Update: The company sent me the replacement part that I needed and I have updated my review to 5 stars because I love the desk which looks perfect in my house and am satisfied the company stood behind their product and honored the warranty. I would purchase from this company again. Original: I purchased a desk, assembled it, disposed of all the packaging, and then found that a drawer handle is defective and keeps popping off. The handle should be easily replaceable but they tell me it is out of stock and that my only option would be to return the 50 pound fully assembled desk back to Amazon. I keep emailing asking to speak to a supervisor about sending me a replacement handle whenever it is back in stock, and they will not provide this information, and no one answers the phone. Then they “closed” my ticket without doing anything to help. Very bad customer service.

I wrote previously about not not getting my refund and the way the process was handled and the dishonesty about the company. The company made everything right and I got my refund in full. They have excellent products and prices will do business with them in the future.

The chairs we bought are very comfortable and seem well made. One box was damaged in transit and some small parts were missing. Their customer service group was super responsive and got replacement parts out pronto.
