I ordered a play kitchen for my little girl, which the kitchen itself is pretty awesome! Assembly is a little time consuming but the instructions are very detailed. We had an with issue one of the parts and requested a replacement. The first customer service rep was sub-par and a little rude however our exchange was reviewed and the customer support team more than redeemed themselves. They took the time to make it right and went above and beyond. We are happy with their product and now their customer service. I would definitely order from them again.
