I ordered a Teamson patio fountain through Wayfair. Love everything about it but it had a small leak in the base. I contacted Teamson Customer Service and Sylvia could not have been more courteous and helpful. After emailing her photos of the leak, she had a new fountain sent to me immediately. Wow! Unbelievable customer service in today's world. Teamson - hang on to Sylvia! Casey

In November of 2021 I made an inquiry for a replacement pump, transformer and LED light kit for my water fountain. There were some delays in availability due to supply chain issues at the time I suspect. I had maybe 3-4 email exchanges with Teamson Customer Care between November and June of this year. Each time, their team responded within 24 hours, were always polite, professional, gave detailed information and showed great care to ensure customer satisfaction. I purchased the St. James LT 2D @DR Cabinet. I checked all the parts and everything was correct. I put it together and the left door was discolored. I emailed Teamson about the problem and they quickly replied for me to send information and photo, copy of purchase. Excellent Customer Service! I'm very happy with the cabinet and Outstanding Customer service!!!!!

In the past few weeks I've had a couple of questions about my backyard water fountain. Simple things, like should I take it into the garage when it's freezing outside, or just cover it. Both times I thought of a question late in the afternoon. On both occasions when I got up the next morning there was already a cheerful response to my question. What kind of company has this kind of dedicated customer service reps? Amazing!!! I just hope they get to go home at night!

I had a missing part on the item that I purchased and sent an email.. the response was very quick and after our conversation the issue was resolved.. I have to say they jumped through hoops to remedy my situation… I am so very thankful and appreciative of the prompt and helpful response…

I broke a cam lock during the assembly of the product. Only had to send a single email request and the required part was in the mail promptly without questions.
