Beautiful play kitchen. Our toddler LOVES it (18 months). Just as nice as some far more expensive options only this one has an ice machine! Our model did come with a broken piece of the ice machine, but Teamson customer service took care of us immediately via email. Very happy we went with this kitchen!

I purchased a Teamson kitchen from a retailer and it was missing all the accessories. I reached out to the Teamson team and they were so helpful and able to send me all the missing parts pretty quickly! I now have a happy son who is beyond obsessed with his new play kitchen, complete with all the pots/ pans/ spatulas/ salt and pepper shaker and the cutest ice cubes for the ice dispenser!

I purchased a kids vanity set from Sam’s for my Grand daughter and the mirror was scratched when I opened it. Sylvia at Teamson customer care was so helpful and had a mirror replacement shipped out to me. Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. Rhonda

I purchased a play kitchen on Amazon, and it was missing one small part. I reached out to the Teamson team, and an actual person responded to me, talked with me, and shipped the part to my house for free. Their customer service is top notch and would definitely recommend this company.

I ordered a Teamson bathroom free stand cabinet off of Amazon. When it arrived, I only received one box, so I had to call Amazon customer support and explain what happened. Eventually Amazon shipped the second box to me. After it arrived, I started to work on putting it together only to realize that one of the pieces was broken. I reached out to Teamson directly, and their customer service was amazing! They shipped me the broken piece and I was finally able to get the cabinet put together. Customer service was friendly and efficient. Something that I feel is lacking these days. I would recommend Teamson to everyone.

We recently ordered a wall water fountain from Teamson, who we had not dealt with before. When the product arrived damaged, Teamson’s Customer Assistance folks amazed us by jumping in to immediately replace the fountain and followed up to make sure everything turned out right. You can put your trust in getting a great product and support from Teamson!

Great customer service. My fountain pump stopped working right after the warranty expired. Teamson took care of me. Offering to send a replacement pump. Thank you so much.

I purchased a baby doll nursery for my grandchildren in October as a Christmas present. We didn’t start assembling it until closer to Christmas. It was missing 2 small knobs for the water turn off/on. I was afraid since it had been so long since we purchased the product the company wouldn’t help. I emailed them and thankfully they agreed to send us the parts. I am very pleased with the service I received.
