I bought a 3 tier LED fountain for my parents in another state through Amazon. Some months later, my 80 year old dad unpacked it. The pump and plug-in were missing. I called customer service with model number and parts needed. I was asked to put that info in an email so I did. Less than a week later my dad had the needed parts and the fountain looks great! I had purchased a fire pit table online I did not open it due to end of season purchase when I did get around to opening I had realized there were several cracks and chips in the product top I reached out to Teamson customer service to see if they could help they informed me my warranty period was over but were still willing to work with me to fix my problem within a few emails and pictures to the company they are sending me a replacement top for the fire pit table thank you teams on for helping me out I will be purchasing your items again in the future and telling family and friends about you.
