Customer service was excellent, provided the missing part quickly without any problems. We are impressed with fountain and ordered another one yesterday! 5 Stars! Not all parts were in the box when it arrived. Still missing the mesh. Looks and operates as noted in the description.

Recieved our shipment with one damage part. Customer service checked to see if they had a spare part. None avaliable but they sent an entire new chair

Teamson responded quickly to my request to replace a part of our outdoor fountain which was broken during a storm. Even when there was a shipping error and we accidentally received 2 of the part, they handled the situation satisfactorily and promptly.

I placed an order then realized shortly after I did not get a discount and my address was incorrect. They were quick to respond and corrected both issues right away. Delivery was even a day earlier than anticipated.

I needed a replacement pump for a fountain purchased in 2022. This company did an excellent job of finding a replacement part and sending it to me in a hassle free manner. The birds are once again enjoying the fountain this spring!
