My daughter bought a wall cabinet for her bathroom, but she's a travel nurse & has been on assignments so had not had time to install it. I was going to do it for her, but when I opened the box, a part was missing. Teamson found her order & sent the part. I really appreciate how kindly, promptly & efficiently they took care of it for me! Thank you!!!

We received a baby doll changing table as a gift and the hardware was missing. I contacted Teamson and they sent me new parts for free within a week. Their customer service was excellent and I could not recommend them more! My kids love their toy and it is nice quality!

I needed a replacement part and they got right on it very quickly. You don’t find that kind of help very often! It’s much appreciated for sure!

The Teamson customer care group is awesome! They were very responsive to my issue! Honestly, I contacted them to find out what I could do to resolve the problem I was having, and they immediately sent me a new part. They also sent me a pdf of the manual when I couldn't find mine in order to reinstall part. I would not hesitate recommending products from this company to friends, or purchasing products in future from this company. Awesome and amazing!

A linen tower I purchased arrived with 2 broken panels. I emailed photos of the damaged parts to Teamson and later that day I received an email stating they would check their warehouse for the parts and get back to me. Within a few days I received the replacement parts.
