I love my new cabinet!! I wanted something that wasn't made cheaply and this is definitely not. It is made with real wood and seems very strong and sturdy besides being beautiful. I think it is just perfect for my home decor.

Overall my experience was very good. The product arrived with no damage, instructions were a little lacking but I have put together this type of stuff before. One of the bolts was not able to be screwed in but I had a fix for that. Upon initial order I received an email about a shipping label being created through USPS but was never able to track or see even if it had shipped. I emailed a week after that notification to make sure it was in stock etc., got a reply that is was being shipped and boom it literally arrived the day after email. Look forward to using this item down on our boat dock!

Customer service member was so amazingly polite and understanding to my needs. They reached out to other members and followed up with them to try to resolve my inquiry.

I recently made my third purchase from Teamson.com. I only buy furniture with great value. I haven't had any quality issue with their products so far. The company did a good job packaging them. Definitely will buy again from them.
