Excellent Customer Service I ordered a play store for my 3 year old. There was an issue with the scanner. I reached out to see if I could get a replacement and they were responsive and helpful. As I was setting up my fountain for the season, my pump was not working. I had only had this fountain for 1 year, so I was worried that I would need to buy a new pump. I e-mailed customer service through the link on their website and got a prompt response within 24 hours with a list of trouble shooting ideas, and "if an all else fails" link to purchase a new pump. The troubleshooting worked and I am excited to be enjoying my lovely fountain again! I will definitely seek products from this company again in the future!
