TeamsonReviews of teamson.com

Teamson is a great company to deal with. I had purchased a fountain and the top part needed yo be replaced. The part was out of stock but they emailed me as soon has they had it back in stock. Nowadays you just don’t get great customer service anymore but with Teamson I did.

The rep followed through and communicated expediently to rectify my wrongfully cancelled order. Thank you for the exceptional customer service.

The customer service team was responsive and honest about the time frame they needed to address my concern. I followed up when they suggested and the issue got resolved very nicely. I would recommend this company.

The fountain we ordered was received in four days and when I reported that a part was missing I received a response within three hours. As it turned out I found the part between my report and Teamson’s response. I am very pleased with their response and impressed by this company.

Graphic assembly guide very good. Since I do not own a smart phone, scan for instructions not possible. Would prefer to enter personal & billing info. Instant pre-fill unsettling.

I bought a used baby walker that was missing some pieces. I emailed Teamson and they quickly identified the pieces and shipped them out. Customer Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me up to date on outstanding items. Communication was fantastic! Thank you for everything! It has been a pleasure working with you.

There was a small issue with my cabinet and these guys were great. They sent me a new piece with lots of communication. I love the products. You should try you wont be sorry.

Prompt delivery that included package tracking.
