Legit option. Teaflight sent my ticket under 2 hours. Had to call support for an extra : the call was connected under 3 minutes and the agent was very professional. Quite a contrast from the reviews on here. Recommended.

Booked, and they provided me with an acknowledgment right away. Emailed the e-ticket within the day. The customer service is responsive.

I booked a flight with VietJet Air through teaflight.com. When I attempted to check in online, the website could not find my booking reference, which honestly made me quite scared. I immediately reached out to both teaflight.com and the airline. While the airline did not reply, VietJet Air's response was absolutely outstanding! They called me immediately after reading my email and took quite some time (around 10 minutes) to talk the situation through with me. They were able to check me in and promptly sent me the boarding passes via email afterwards. I believe the core issue was with the airline, as I was in Thailand and was automatically redirected to the VietJet Air Thailand page where I could not check in. I needed to use the international VietJet Air page instead. Regardless, the swift reaction and the exceptional phone service from teaflight.com —prompted by my booking query—was superb.

Great service, got the tickets in less than 24 hours. Didn’t have any issues. I actually called them right after the purchase to confirm it all went through after reading some negative reviews. I got through immediately and the customer service was helpful. Thanks!

I booked a ticket from SG to IN. It was significantly less on price. There were a few calls I had to make to the customer care as it was my 1st time, they too did a fad job! Just wanted to share my experience.

I just made a domestic booking from Sydney to Melbourne for my wife and mother. Saw this website through skyscanner which offered the tickets at about $50 less than other sites (one way). I booked the tickets which took less than 5 minutes for booking, and about an hour or so to receive the actual tickets.. No issues at all if you know what you’re doing and you read and understand the terms and conditions..

Resolved proactively with full refund. Thank you Teaflight for striving to do better, much appreciated. --- Previous case: Tried to submit flight cancellation for refund of flights due to medical reasons. After providing all information they requested, Teaflight still continued to ask for the same documentation deposit already providing it and restating this to them many times. The AI auto responses do not understand what is going on... TEAFLIGHT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

I found reasonable ticket from Skyscanner. Of course I suspected TEAFLIGHT after searching. Teaflight is not scam for me eventually. This is first time for me. I purchased domestic flight but needed passport number. Mail include document from Teaflight will be received less than one hour after purchased. Therefore, we have to pay attention when we ask our airplane company. WE HAVE PURCHASED INTERNATINONAL TICKET whether domestic or not. Staff from Teaflight will reply soon, not take long time, when you ask something. Also we will take some days to fix booking because of above reason and 13 digits and 6 digits numbers for confirmation. I took few days for seat booking.
