Total con job. Cheap plastic lite unlike the advertisement

False Advertising! Situation: Product received did NOT match product advertised! Background; After seeing the ad for this flashlight I was immediately impressed. I ordered two. When they arrived they were pocket size. The ad clearly showed one that was much larger. The one I received could not start a fire (as shown in ad), it did not pop balloons either. However that was not the main purpose for buying them. Granted, after carefully reading ALL of the ordering information there was shown a “pocket sized” unit. Action: Omit the large flashlight along with all footage showing the large flashlight properties. Clearly state that the one we will receive is the one we see advertised. Clearly state when ordering what the specifications are, including physical dimensions. Response: Choose from above, or some other reasonable response. Final comments: While I am impressed with the light weight and brightness of the units received, I am not pleased with the “Bait & Switch” tactic used to make the sale. Truly I should have listened when I was told “Let The Buyer Beware”!

They send you a tiny flashlight, NOT what is advertised. This company is a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY. REPEAT, DO NOT BUY.

These flashlights are not what is being shown. It took 2 months to arrive. These flash lights are cheap plastic that have far less light intensity than what you’re being shown. A keychain flashlight has brighter light! Waste of money and a cheap piece of junk. Total bait and switch.

This is fraud. I waited for weeks for this piece of garbage. Your shipping time is very slow. The light was nothing like what you show in the ads. It’s very small, and it’s plastic. I bought a much better flashlight, on Amazon. I was sure that it couldn’t be as good as your light, but it would be close until I got yours in the mail. It was ten times better and I paid less. It’s much larger, it’s metal, and it’s much more powerful. I will never buy anything from you again. Every story I write. Every post I make will tell people not to buy this bullshit.

I bought 1. Took forever to arrive, First off, it is NOT the one that is pictured it is much smaller. Charged it for 24 hours and the only mode that worked was SOS while it was plugged in. When I took it off the charger nothing worked. Contacted Customer Service, sent video they requested, They sent a replacement, charged it up, no light worked. Gave up, took the loss. Do not recommend.

Ordered the survival flashlight thinking it was big and did all that they advertised. Got the product and it was one third the size and made of plastic. The add mentioned hard aluminum body that could break glass and or nuts. Even able to start a fire that is how bright it was. I was also supposed to receive a free solar charger with the order. Even the little lanyard for grasping the flashlight was missing. I emailed and asked for a refund and they asked me to send a picture of the product. That was a week ago and I have not heard anything yet. I would not trust this company or buy anything from them. BUYERS BEWARE.

The flashlights I received were not the ones in your ad.
