Received message that my product couldn’t be delivered because of my address. I lived at this address for 20 years. Aldo requested a$44.00 refund and never heard back from anyone. Just want future customers to know this company is a scam and don’t order anything

Misleading advertising. They show a large unit and send the mini one. Doesn't shine hot enough to start fires, but is a handy bright light. Customer service stinks. They don't read your email. Ask the same questions that you already answered in the initial email. Still waiting to see if they are going to replace a DOA unit. I have my doubts since they asked on the last email for shipping label after a week.

Ordered the 2026 super bright ultimate LED tactical flashlight and got a little cheap flash light that's not worth $5.00 and when I complained I was told to bad. I have reported this website and company to Kentucky State Attorney Generals Office along with all corresponding emails and messages.

It was a classic bait and switch. My order came from Antonio Garcia, 1060 metropolitan Ave Brooklyn NY 11211, IT'S A SCAM.

Customer service really bad. Cannot or will not respond to my inquiries. Ordered 1 thing sending me other stuff I did not order. Trying to cancel that is/ has been a nightmare.

What I received is not what is advertised in the video online . It's a rip off. I can't even write a complaint to the company, my email was returned as address not found.

$40 for a cheap piece of junk flashlight that maybe cost the manufacturer five dollars or less. Nothing like the picture, nothing like the hype. Save your money and get a Bic flashlight. It will be brighter and more reliable.

Totally liars and scammers. Sent toy flashlight and small usb charging cord. Made contact, jumped through hoops sending jpeg format photos and crickets. Contact every site who promote their ads. You should too. DO NOT DEAL WITH SCAMMERS
