I ordered a flashlight from them started checking the tracking app on the product and the package was in transit. The app updated on 8/3/2026 saying it had been delivered on 7/27/26. I received no package I e-mailed back and forth with them, but the bottom line is I got no package and they kept my money. I gave them a 1 because it would not let me give a zero or negative number.

I ordered three of the 990,000 lumen flashlights. They sent three small flashlights I've been trying to get a return label since July 9th it is now August 10th they keep giving me the runaround

Ordered paid in full, charged for other items not ordered. Order adjusted accordingly. Never arrived softer supplying tracking number. Contacted, denied even ordering it. Yet to hear back where it went, ripped off!

This cimpany is a scam!!! I ordered the two flashlights, they added two other items that I did not want and charged triple the price I was expecting. When it finally made it to America they didnt even address it correctly (didn't address it to me) tried dealing with their "customer service" and even provided the proof that it wasn't sent to me but they dont care because it shows delivered, moving on to the next steps of social destruction of the company at this point

I ordered a flashlight from this company and it was supposed to be all metal and come in a nice plastic case. All I received for my money was a cheap two dollar flashlight and n other communication from them. Don't waste your money on them. They pull the old bait and switch routine, where they have the ad for something nice and then send you a cheap item.

Flashlight were advertised in a hard box with charger etc (receivedin a cardbord box). Was advertised with the fire starting lens (never came). The Flashlights (received 3) were 6" inches long and made of plastic. Only thing positive was it did have a good beam.

I ordered and paid for this flashlight and was baited and swapped. It was not this flashlight, but a cheap plastic one. Tried contacting them by email as preferred and nothing. I was able to find a phone number and called. I asked for a full refund, but Paypal gave me the refund. I don't recommend.
