Scam. You don't get what their advertising

My wife ordered the torch from them was ment to be in a box with extra lens and charger ..we got little torch no lens cheap rip off no reply to email for refund or to send one ordered this shop needs to be closed down to many people ripped off by them

Ordered the flashlights and received nothing. According to postal inspector this company uses the same tracking number for multiple accounts or put the wrong address on the shipping label. Customer support is a joke and puts the blame on the delivery company so they don't have to refund your money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY....

I ordered the tactical flashlight from their website, paid in full they took my money and I never received the item. Then when I reach out to customer service and spoke with someone named emilyn, she asked for a copy of my order receipt which I already sent in my first correspondence and then told me to pay the postage fee and they would ship one out to me, and told me to contact USPS for the postage fee information on their product through the USPS,

It's not what I ordered and I ordered this 2 times and got junk I will never order from this company again

I ordered this item and I received 3 small lights not the big one!!!!

Do NOT purchase... this is a scam! Bought five, delivered to a bogus address and merchant would not return money or replace order. Took NO responsibility.

Stay clear of this company, total scam. Ordered a high tech flashlight 50 days ago and never received it, no response from the company.
