I never completed order process but was charged & shipped anyway. Then received cheap plastic toy flashlights with no similarity to the military grade metal survival version i had started to order. Deceptive web site and fulfillment.

It's just like you said you can't get through to them. They don't sell you what's advertised, and they're a complete scam. And I'm out of my money

I initially ordered 2 "Military Survival Flashlights" and a solar-powered phone charger. I was charged over $50. What I received was 2 cheap rechargeable LED flashlights - perhaps $4.00 wholesale and a standard charger. I sent multiple emails without resolution. I decided to give them a second chance - ordered 1 Military Survival Flashlight for around $25 - received the same cheap rechargeable LED flashlight.

This was a bait and switch, and I have subsequently contacted the Better Business Bureau over this. I suggest everyone do this biggest rip-off. I've ever seen.

TOTAL SCAM!!! I believed that I bought a high powered flashlight with a hard case and accessories including a separate lens for fire starting. What I received was an extremely cheaply made flashlight that probably cost less than a dollar to make!!! Why is this company allowed to even put out ads. They are completely ripping us off!!! Shut them down!!!

Im only giving one star because i have to give a star to start the review !! This company is a scam i wrote over 20 emails begging for help to receive my order and after getting a phony tracking number and information that claim they would help me receive my order and after several Phoney tracking numbers information i was told by there customer service best regards 🤬💩 and got shit on and after me begging for help and a refund this company stop,,, can i repeat stop emailing me and reaching out to communicate leaving me without my order and stealing my money 💰 this is a scam there is no flashlight its all AI this comes from over seas china Save yourself the headache there only out to steal your money with phoney tracking numbers UPS cant help because they Don't use a UPS TRACKING ACCOUNT there customer service will 🖕give you the middle finger and cut your communication and will not help BIG SCAM
