TBS Factoring ServiceReviews of tbsfactoring.com

First of all, my husband and I have used several Factoring services and none have compared with TBS Factoring. My husband and I have used TBS factoring and the EFS fuel card for years. They have done an Awesome job for us. Even when we have had an issue or a mistake occurred they promptly looked into it and corrected the issue immediately without problems. We would recommend this company to anyone wanting to use a Great Factoring Service. Kelly and her team have always gone out of their way to answer questions or provide us with information and/or assistance when we asked. They are very personable and friendly. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Thanks again for all you have done for us!! (:

Quick remittances. Good follow up. Factoring reps keep us informed every step of the way and willingly work with us when necessary.

Wonderful service , on time with payments

I've had mostly a positive experience with TBS. The people are friendly, fair, and flexible when needed. I rarely have any issues. I would have ranked them 4.5 if I could. My only small grip is the office hours. If I need to get an advance I have to put in the request by 4:30 M-F or Sat by 12:00 CST. Sometimes the loads we pick up are after hours or on the weekends and it can be challenging. Other than that no other complaints I'm happy with their service.

I have recommended TBS factoring company to many truck drivers. Their customer service employees are friendly, competent, and knowledgeable. They realize the importance of their customers needing funds quickly so they can stay on the road. They have worked well for me for over 2 1/2 years. They take the burden of collections off of my shoulders and handle it with their experienced team so I am better able to do my job and not have to worry.

TBS has been a great factoring company for me on my business journey so far they took care of all my paper to get me started with very little up front cost which was outstanding for me everyone is extremely easy to talk to I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a new business or looking for a new factoring company

TBS is by far the best factoring company out there. They treat you well and make sure things are going ok for your company. If you get in a financial pinch they care and help. Would definitely recommend this company to all trucking companies out there.
