I have had great service with tbs. I woukd recommend them to anyone needing a factoring company. The only thing that I have an issue with is that are rep for factoring is always changing and we are never notified but other than that everything is great.i think when ur rep is changed it would be nice to know possible by email that it has been changed and who it currently is.

With TBS over two years, and looking forward for more. They are so professional and will always be there for you to resolve matter. They never charge back short pay from customer until they give you a notice and give time as much as you need to resolve that with Broker.

Trinity Logistics has been using TBS to factor our loads happily for 6 years. They have helped us when our truck has broken down many times. TBS is flexible and easy to work with and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone!

Every contact with TBS staff has been excellent. Anytime an issue or question arises (not often) corrective actions and answers happen within 24 hours. We were hesitant to use a factor company at first. We are so glad to have chose TBS. We never hesitate to contact them with any questions and are not worried if we will be taken care of. Thank you TBS. Specifically Kelly.

TBS and it's employees have been very professional, informative, helpful, courteous, pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable through out my whole process of coming on to have them factor my freight bills. I'm very happy.
