If you want to go out of business or lose money in an already competitive business, choose TBS Factoring. They hold money from invoices, they charge you back because theyre lazy to collect on invoices. They wont let you come out of the contract until you pay off all the balances....They never answer emails or respond to important matters. They suck. DO NOT USE A FACTORING COMPANY! WORST GARBAGE COMPANY EVER

Bad costumer service... They trick you saying that u have no contract and u do... I can't wait to finish my contract with them, out there is plenty of better options, Not recomendable to deal with this People.

I'm very pleased with the customer service, every time I had a question Angela, was there to answer. If she wasn't Paul was thanks you guys keep it up

Kristi Kraft was our savior when we found TBS Factoring LLC. They bought us out from another factoring company (they are so heinous I dont even want to type their name). Rene, Jaime, and Quincy made the transition to TBS easy. They became like family to our family. I have switched to TBS Insurance also. Ashley, Mikie, Seana and Juana make it easy and keep us covered. Erika, Leticia and the girls on the factoring side work hard to keep our company funded and taken care and compliant. I love every single one of them. From Lisa answering the phones to our factoring and Insurance teams and Sondra sending out the insurance certificates, they do an excellent job and treat our small company better than anyone ever has. Thanks for all they do for us.

I have worked with tbs for a little over a year and they have always been great and have been on top of any issues.
