Need more clarity with escrow account and aging invoices practice.

I am new to this and everyone of the reps took their time with me.

Our company have been working with TBS for a few years now. At first service was excellent, customer service was very helpful. Generally speaking, great company to work with. Last couple years it has been a nightmare for us. Brokers keep calling us about missing paperwork for the loads. TBS sends me items that are over recourse days and when I follow up with the brokers I hear the same answer over and over: we never received the paperwork. And it is getting to the point where TBS charges those unsent invoices back from us ( we have recourse factoring). Impossible to get a hold of a certain person who is supposedly our account rep. You have to talk to a new person every time you call and every time you tell about your issue over and over and every single of them tells you they need time to look into it and your problem stays unresolved. Also! As soon as your invoices get over recourse days TBS charges them back, but when broker finally pays for those invoices it takes insanely long time first of all to get a hold of TBS, to find a person who will help you and so on. And those are just very few issues that we are currently having with them!

Unacceptable! first of all the factoring department takes extremely too long to answer the phone. I usually have to wait around 15 minutes to be able to speak to someone in that department. Adding on when it comes to wire transfers the deposit the money the day after instead of being on the same day. However they still charge me $12 for the "wire fee". It is a headache getting all my loads factored. There has not being one day where I send my exhibit b and don't have a problem. There is always something, and their only excuse is "the broker is not picking up".

I've been doing business with TBS for well over 10 years. Top notch company and their customer service impeccable...
