TBS Factoring ServiceReviews of tbsfactoring.com

This is by far the most time consuming factoring company that I work with. The system should be made simpler. I dispatch and factor for multiple carriers that all use different factoring companies and this one is the most time consuming....

It was a pleasure speaking with the rep he did a great job and I can tell TBS is concerned about the trucker's success thank you.

You need 6 stars for the rep Kwon and the great service I had gotten

Nice staff and very helpful.

TBS IS A WASTE OF TIME THEY NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS, YOU NEVER HAVE A SPECIFIC PERSON TOO TALK AND IT SEEMS THEY NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT.I MYSELF REQUESTED SOME PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IM STILL WAITING FOR THE EMAIL TBS WAS GOING TO SEND, EVERY WEEK THEY'RE IS A PROBLEM WITH INVOICES THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 20 MIN AND COME BACK TO TELL YOU SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK AND THEY NEVER DO AND YET THEY CHARGE YOU FEES FOR DOING A TERRIBLE JOB, THEY REALLY DO A GOOD JOB NOT CARING WHEN YOU CALL, NOT TO MENTION THE TIMES I HAVE CALLED FOR CREDIT CHECK AND BEEN TOLD GOOD TO FACTOR BUT WHEN I SEND INVOICE IN THEY SAY ITS NOT A GOOD FACTOR. I CAN CONTINUE FOR HOURS ON TBS, BUT ILL JUST STOP HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

My history with TBS has been great . The simplicity of their factoring service is why I chose TBS, no hidden fees. Here we are four years later since my last factor with them and never used another service till now. I called TBS and the "No BS" approach is still how they operate. WOW!!

I was nervous about starting my business. But Adien and the whole team has put my mind at ease. They have been with me the whole process. And I feel more confident knowing that they will be still there during. I’m am so happy I chose this factoring company. The best!!
