My experience with Factoring has been positive

They are good with factoring and they treat people nicely we only had some small problems but their overall service is good.

from day 1 everyone was great as they help me thru the start up process. and on going, even after I got up and running. no problems. so if you are a new venture like me then great place to start.

There have been a few mishaps, however, I have always been able to call and get a resolution. I would suggest a quicker turn around on call backs when there is an issue but overall I am pleased with the service I receive. I have referred several other carriers to TBS for factoring, credit checks and Drug Consortium Program.

We are a new freight company and from the begining TBS helped me with preparing for New Entrant Audit I found the video on You Tube. I then used TBS for my compliance files of my drivers. Now I am using them for factoring. All the persons who helped me with this process were great. time sensitive and always replied to any email or phone call given and as a new entrant I had quite few :) Excellent CUstomer Service.
