I am new to factoring and was excited when I received a message from Kwon Jones informing me my account had been set up and ready to go. I returned his call and left a message. He promptly called me back ( FOR THE SECOND TIME) and thoroughly explained each and every form in my welcome package. He politely answered all my questions (sometimes twice...poor thing) and even sent a resourceful link for additional guidance just in case. TBS should hire more reps like Kwon!
