Not upfront on cost
The TaxQuotes rep (they made me take his name off the review- hope he doesn’t take anymore vacations on other hard working people’s backs) he was not truthful with us on the over all cost of the program! PS…we continued with the investigation because we would have been out of the money we already paid if we didn’t! AGAIN THE TOTAL COST WAS NOT DISCLOSED UPFRONT!
