I appreciate Ruth Reyes and all the time spent working to get Franchise Tax Board and IRS off my back. I was afraid I was going to lose everything but now I can breathe easy again.

Miss Dionne was extremely nice and very professional she always kept me informed about my case. She even took the time to talk to me when I was extremely nervous about having to deal with the IRS. What I liked most was I was never wondering what was going on she always kept me up-to-date I would recommend Tax Defense Network to anyone that is dealing with the IRS.

They did just what they said they would do. Diane was a pleasure to work with, and always kept me apprised of the progress of my case.

Over a year ago, I owed the IRS over $60,000 in back taxes for not filing. I called Tax Defense Network to help me out with this stressful situation. I spoke with Kara Moore, Tax Analyst. She advised and walk me through the step by step process of what was needed from me and what she was going to do to help get me out of this hole I dug for myself. Today, as I write this review, I owe the IRS only $7,000.00!!!!! Wow!!! After receiving this news, I can walk with a big grin on my face and a new outlook on life. I can't Thank Kara enough for her time and patients with me. This is what I call exceeding my expectation in taking care of the customer!! Thanks Kara and the whole Tax Defense network team.

Saw a pop up on FB about TDN and thought right, this is a scam but couldn't resist due to the IRS breathing down our necks. I am delighted to say that I was wrong. From speaking to Matt on day one, who was super friendly and who connected me with Michele McGrady, who made it her mission to help us, TDN had been a life saver. Michele, is definitely an asset to this business so helpful and pleasant to work with in trying to help you out of a bad situation and a great communicator to boot. She was always sending emails just to keep me informed on what was going on. I truly feel blessed that we got her as our caseworker. I would recommend TDN to anyone who is in dire need of help with the IRS.

I spoke with a Consultant whose name was Aja and I found her aggressive and rude. I am a customer calling for a consultation and she was chastising, insulting and lacking in any customer service skills. Please remember this is a service your a providing for a fee. It is not a free service. She says she is direct and honest; but, what she is/was very, very unprofessional. I will be sure to notify BBB and Consumer Affairs of my experience. Note: When I informed her that I felt as though I was being attacked and I was ending the call she replied with a "Fine".
