The first agent we had was unresponsive and caused our situation to remain unresolved for months. Several months ago, they replaced her with Heather Izzary. She has been responsive, helpful and pleasant and made this stressful experience a little fetter.

I gave Tax defense Network $8,000.00 over a year ago. I just got placed from one person to another and only got 2 of the 8 returns done I needed. After sending them my 2016 and 2017 paperwork I had to call them after a month to see what was up. It turned out a new rep. was handling my case again. I asked for a refund and my paperwork back and they made a offer of $3,950.00. This was not except-able. I had my car taken by the state, my SS check garnished and my drivers license revoked. No help from Tax Defense! I still have not gotten my paperwork back.

Paid TDN almost 3 times the going rate just to be ignored. Keep switching me from one tax agent to another without any notification so you don't know who to contact and when you do try and contact anyone they pretend to listen, promise to call you back and then avoid you like the plaque! I've been patiently waiting for almost a year and still get the run around. They don't do what they promise and just want your hard earned money! Run far away from TDN!
