Marianella
Marianella, has been helping me with my taxes for 3-4 years now. She has been so kind and patient. I’m not easy to pin down when she has questions. But she always gets it done! Hopefully I will need her again for 2023 tax stuff. Thank you, Marianella, I am grateful for your persistence!

Not legit and definitely don’t need this service
I resolved the matter myself (which most anyone can do) and I’m still being charged 360$ a month all for nothing. This company didn’t do one thing for me

Hello, Jennifer. Our team is a bit confused by this feedback, as based on our records, we completed an analysis of your tax matters and were able to establish a payment arrangement with the IRS on your behalf (a resolution requiring your agreement and authorization). Based on your feedback, it seems you still have questions about the completion of your services. Please give our Client Care Team a call at (877) 856-5118 to have a deeper conversation about your concerns.
