I have unfortunately felt like I have been lost during this whole process. I have had a few different people from your company have been communicating updates, but never helping me to understand the process and why. Well today I received an update from Mabertine Pierre and not only did she explain to my my resolution but she took the time to answer my questions, and really walk me through as I was not fully comprehending certain things of my situation with the IRS. I now have a better understanding with action steps for the future and really want to thank her for her patience and knowledge. Out of the five people I've spoken to from this company she'll be the reason why I refer people to you. Thank you Mabertine, she deserves kudos, bonus and recognition of that is something your company does!

I worked with Tax Defense Network twice to help me with my owed taxes that accumulated for a few years. They were professional, their rates were reasonable, and they let me pay in installments, which was very helpful. Most recently, Michael Willis was my contact person, and he kept me informed via email and phone calls and provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again if I needed tax professionals.

They helped us with our levy and penalties we had on our bank accounts and our house. I so was so freaked out about that. Very nice people to work with.

Money Solver - (Ruth Reyes, Sr. Tax Analyst) worked my IRS case for several years to a resolution which is better than I had expected. The communications were excellent and the burden that I have carried for all of these years has been lifted. Thank you Ruth and the Money Solver. I hired Tax defense to resolve my tax debt and paid them in full. The person they assigned to my case was incompetent, handle by case unprofessionally and after three years of dealing with this man not only has my tax debt not been resolved I now have a tax lien and a even higher tax debt to pay back the IRS. After continuing to complain about this incompetent agent the company would not give me someone else. I complain to the BBB and the company would not return or partially refund my money. This company has no ethics in doing business and only cares about taking your money. My recommendation if you're considering a Tax company is to run this was a disaster. Find another company it can't be no worst than these people. Tax Defense has an excuse for a resolution I pay the company money and I’m on my own I’ve tried calling this company back multiple times nobody ever responds. Again I now have a tax lien and have to hire a competent company for help. Tax Defense is no help at all they lie and take customers money and hang you out to die their motto is we done our job and you’re on your own from here.

The communication, I wasn't freaking out about it. They called every month to let me know how things were going.

Marianelly has diligently managed our challenging case since starting it over a year ago. We know it was difficult and complex case beginning in 2011. We greatly appreciate her efforts dealing with the management and policies/procedures at the IRS to come to a fair and equitable solution. Incredible Job Well Done!!
