The app was easy to use. There initial customer service was amazing. However because they don't have as much import features that work with hardware wallets I was needing to have a csv imported. It took them 3 weeks to help me with that. They would just tell me I am next to have it imported only to wait days with no response. Additionally they claim you can easily upload your forms to TurboTax but I found out that was not the case. Yes they give you the ability to download a formatted csv that has the same input fields as turbotax but turbotax online can't import the file. I had to manually type in each line. They were not listed as one of the turbotax import companies. If they had the ability to auto import from hardware wallets and actually could import the turbotax spreadsheet then it would be great. If they don't have these features by next year I will change to a different provider.

I thought it was comforting to have someone look on your crypto trades and sales. I guess it was the peace of mind I got from Taxbit looking on my record and saying no tax due.

TaxBit is a good program but not user friendly for the older generation. Their Customer Support is excellent and will walk you through or send you the reports you need. They try very hard to be a good company.
