Doesn't pull in all prices and calculate transactions. I paid for Pro membership $500 and didn't get any cs support during normal business hours.

Their software does not link all transactions regardless if you enter All of your wallets and exchanges in my case, their chat customer service don't have the ability to solve the issues they are more like takers and then refer the issue to what they call (escalation team), I only click in the income form just to see it that will disqualified me from requesting a refund. They have a long way to go on their software. One of their reps wanted me to remember each one of the 123 transactions without cost basis. Isn't that what their software is for?

No Delete Account function after testing the software. This is disappointing to have to contact customer service to delete my account.

Have not been able to sync gate.io. No help from chat and no response from support. I expect this from a free service but not Taxbit.

I tried to use their trial and they charged me when I pressed switch to plus account for free....After chatting with them for 3 days (getting 1 answer within more than 30 hours they still didn't refund me back my money as I wasn't willing to pay and just wanted to try the trial and see if balances appear accuretaly in their platform. On their answer they tried to convince me that I need their service cause IRS will come after me (while I am not a US citizen nor I have a company at US). Moving into the weekend without an answer for refund. Maybe IRS and some Lawyers needs to come after you and not after me ....

*** WARNING *** Horrible technical support. They only let you email. I had XRP sold off in 2020 due to the SEC Lawsuit and Coinbase delisting. All my Losses were not calculated. I followed their instructions how to manuall import those transactions and my 2020 Form 8949 was showing gains instead of losses. No Way to reach out to a live person.
