Prompt helpful customer service responses. Contacted about an issue with CoinbasePro syncs not assigning basis for USDC (it's always $1.00 by definition). Hopefully this will get fixed and it won't need customer service to fix.

These guys have more than earned their fees. I buy lots of crazy coins from obscure/terrible exchanges with no API or CSV files, and they find a way to record all transactions, even if they have to manually enter them one by one. They constantly adapt their tools to the rapidly changing landscape (most recent example: Uniswap) , and they answer email very quickly, addressing any and every issue I might have, and asking great questions. I very highly recommend them!

I have used TaxBit for my crypto related taxes for this year and for 2018. I've needed some help both years and their support team was right there for me every time. Their web interface is really easy to use and you can link your major exchange accounts so your transactions synchronize with your TaxBit account. Their support staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and figured out my issues pretty quickly. And, they assisted me with a wallet that presented the trade information in a strange way and got those transactions imported for me. When everything was done I downloaded a file I was then able to upload into TurboTax online. They did all the heavy lifting for me :) Would you continue to use a service if you weren't satisfied? Me neither, that's why I am using TaxBit again for my 2020 crypto related taxes.
