Great support team

I am so impressed with the customer service and the accuracy and ease of their software platform. I could not have completed my taxes without this software. My CPA was amazed when I handed her the Taxbit IRS form all filled out. Made her job easy and saved me a lot of money. I even got a tax refund as a result! Great job Taxbit!

Tyler, and the team went beyond and above. I suggest a more upgraded personal plan to allow for additional time, and live communications besides just email and chat. Charge for it. I first brought this issue to my accountant and created more confusion. After working with Taxbit, now I can work with the accountant, with his language. More importantly, the team at taxbit went through with me and exhausted multiple possibilities before completing the task with me. They also responded to the CP2000 notice, in additional to completing the tax forms.

The team is always on top on it and helping guide me through the entire process. Because of them, I am able to invest more into crypto knowing that they will handle the process effectively for getting more out of taxes.

I want to thank the folks at TaxBit for great software and great service. I received an IRS notice for past year's taxes due to my trading with 7+ exchanges. The software quickly corrected my reporting and produced the correct IRS tax forms for my CPA. Still requiring several significant .csv imports I started the chat service provided on their site and their folks took on the challenge to correct the files into a proper import format.
