Taxbit Adventurer Ms Tricia Harmon was of great assistance working through a knotty problem tax problem with my crypto from Coinbase. I was getting Taxbit error messages about unable to get basis calc in some transactions due to the fact the "Coinbase Earn" was tagged as not taxable while in fact it IS income in US. Manually changing all Earns to "Income" at Ms Harmon's suggestion solved the problem. Suggest your programmers need to fix this glitch in Coinbase Earns for US. Plus I then used the Income summary to input the Earns as income in Turbotax. BTW Ms Harmon was VERY patient with this crypto neophyte and responded quickly to my query!

As a brand new customer of TaxBit, I had some technical issues transferring some staking and rewards data to TaxBit, so was instructed to send them via CSV files...which I did and all were uploaded successfully and without a hitch! Both Taylor and Eddie guided me through this process (some of us mature clients are less technically adept ;-) punctually, efficiently, clearly, patiently and pleasantly. I especially appreciated their quick response and personable style of support.

Best support team ever. I mean sure, the software is awesome, but the people really make this company. The "tax adventurists" (their words, not mine) really know their stuff, and they are super friendly. They guided me along my journey and felt like family at the same time. Will absolute be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone with crypto tax needs.
