Try making it easy to use I thought the 1099 would be emailed to the recipient. There is no customer service and I don't think I got anything for my money

If I could give zero stars I would. This would not integrate with my quickbooks desktop files. I uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I tried both the desktop and web connector solutions and got nothing but error messages. I contacted help and their answer was "I don't know" and then they never followed back up, despite me repeatedly contacting them. This was an ultimate waste of my time for HOURS. Quickbooks has no other option, which is a major black mark for them as well.

Their software is buggy. What works one day does not work the next. I could add a contractor one day but a few days later the button does not work. There is no phone or text support. You must email them your questions. I did and I am still waiting for an answer. When I asked the company to email the 1099 to my contractors they force them to set up an account to get the 1099. That is insane. It pissed them off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Would not recommend this service for my worst enemy. Support is only through chat. The customer support reps just constantly refer you to the FAQ page rather than address your specific needs. I had an issue with their data import function. I filled out their excel template correctly, per the instruction of their Chat Support agent. The data imported incorrectly however the subsequent support agent I chatted with said the necessary changes could not be done through their platform and I had to contact the IRS directly to make the changes through the IRS. This is crazy as my company used Tax1099's TCC & FIRE IRS numbers to file (lookup TCC & FIRE on IRS website for more info regarding e-filing 1099's). My experience with Tax1099 was a nightmare. Find another vendor.
