Easy to fill the forms/confused on applying prepaid in
Easy to fill the forms in. My only complaint is don't care for a lot of changes and I was a bit confused on how to apply prepay balance to what was due for charges.

Love the email received once IRS…
Love the email received once IRS accepts the claims, I was unsure how it worked if a 1099 was rejected and corrected, and whether the corrected 1099 would be sent to the IRS. It needs to be documented somewhere that a 1099 was corrected after checking the EIN and information. Overall, you have come a long ways.

It is a great system. The help bot is not very helpful however, at least for what I needed to know. Thank you!

Overall, great experience
I love how straight forward it is to file a 1099, and also, how they retain previous years information so all you need to do is change dollar amount. What is confusing to me is they don't inform you if your state participates in the filings. I live in CT and it is blanked out so I dont know if that means that CT automatically gets the 1099 or if I have to do it separately and there's no clear answer.

It seems reasonably easy to use
It seems reasonably easy to use. I suggest adding some features that would help people walk through processes! For example, I just completed a corrected 1099. It would have been nice to have an option that walks you through the correction! The Front page of the website should have the most frequent 5 to 7 things one needs to do on the site. Options such as file initial 1099s, file corrected 1099s etc.
