Tax TigerReviews of tax-tiger.com

I am a real live person who has had tax problems for years. I went through levies, garnishments and the IRS didn't give a rat's butt about how these effected me and/or my livelihood. Years earlier I had even paid several thousand dollars to JK Harris and I was eventually told by them that they couldn't help me with my tax problem and my only recourse was to pay what the IRS were asking me to pay, this was to include all of the interest and penalties at the time; yet they did take my money and even thought little to ask me to pay them more money. My dealings with JK Harris made me more skeptical about any tax company, But needless to say, my tax problems continue to get worse. I googled tax companies and talked to several of them, but I was more than impressed with Tax Tiger. From the very beginning Tax Tiger and Jon Call (my representative) was very up front with me and told me exactly what they could do for me and what to expect. In this day and time of diminished customer service, I have not or cannot remember when I have experienced such expert customer service and respect for customers from any company. Even when there were time when I did not meet my time lines on providing information or documents, Jon Call never wavered in his efforts; he reassured me; he took every one of my calls and/or returned my calls in a very timely manner; he responded to all my e-mail and always satisfactorily answered all of my questions. In short, Tax Tiger exceeded what they told me that they would do for me from the beginning. My Offer in Compromise from anyone's perspective, was so ridiculously low, but yet I'm so outrageously happy to say that the IRS accepted it. Again, I am a real live person and if this written testimony of mine's is not enough to convince you how "GREAT" Tax Tiger was in the handling of my tax problem, please, feel free to call them and request my telephone number and I will be more than happy to tell you in person what they have done for me and what kind of company that are; THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Tax Tiger answered all my questions, they took my calls when I was in a panic and were so supportive through the entire process of the offer and compromise. The staff members helped me at every turn, if I left a message someone would call me back by the end of the day. While the initial cost seemed a lot, it was such a small amount to over $20,000 they saved us that we owed the IRS. Thank you, Tax Tiger for saving my financial life

When I went into Tax Tiger for my free consultation I had back taxes and penalties in excess of $23,000 dollars. I was scared to death that there was going to be liens put on my house, cars and bank accounts. I was afraid to put money in my account for fear the IRS would take it. I met personally with Kathy Hill the CEO of Tax Tiger who could see that I was a nervous wreck and emotionally drained. Kathy told me that she would do everything possible to clear up my tax debt and assured me that I was in good hands. After reviewing my tax records and making a few calls to the IRS on my behalf, Tax Tiger called me back within 24 hours to let me know that my tax debt was now zero. After many years of living in fear, the burden of back taxes was lifted and I felt like I could breath again. The price that I was quoted at my initial consultation was the price I paid, no hidden expenses . I'm so grateful to Kathy and her team of professionals and would recommend them to anybody.

I am just a guy that got behind with the IRS. I had no idea how I was going to work this out. I was scared, life was over. I had a major tax problem with the IRS. Tax Tiger saved my life. MY tax debt was over $30.000 and Tax tiger settled it for $20.00. I now have my life back. It is such a relief to not have to worry about this. There was no way that I was going to pay the IRS. I had called a few other tax relief company's and they wanted all their fee up front. How was I going to pay a fee like that when I did not have the money to give the IRS. Tax Tiger worked with me. I cannot thank them enough. They truly understand and are very helpful. If you need help call them. Great people that really do care. Thank you. Kelly

We contacted Tax Tiger a few years ago. They were able to offer us an amazing deal with the IRS to pay off delinquent taxes. We continue to have Tax Tiger and specifically Austin Havig prepare our taxes. We have every confidence in the people we have had working for our cause!! Jon Call is wonderful and we felt he was our Angel here on earth!

TAX TIGER did not claim to be able to accomplish the impossible. They just did it !!! Sharing with us every bit of their confidence and expertise during the incredibly complicated process of submitting our Offer In Compromise while working with the IRS, we were finally able to sleep at night. When Tax Tiger actually succeeded in accomplishing what they believed was possible......they literally changed and saved our lives. Honest, straightforward and beyond professional, yet they treated us with personal respect, understanding and .....unexpected kindness. If every consultant in any business was so dedicated and genuinely concerned for their clients as Tax Tiger has been to our family, it would be a much kinder world.....and I mean it !!!
