For tax resolution, this company did a good job and l feel they should stick to that part of the business. Filing taxes was a nightmare, with significant multiple errors... I had to call them multiple times before they could even look at them again and their explanation was pitiful. I would strongly recommend them for tax resolution but NEVER file your taxes.

Although my result was as promised, it nearly wasn't several times along the way. My situation is different than most as I'm out of the country for work much of the time. I made it very clear to the agent I meet with when I started that I don't get mail on a regular basis. You must notify me via e-mail or phone if something needs to be signed by me or approved by me. I was assured that this wouldn't be an issue. Almost right away there was issues with documents or paperwork that needed to be completed by me. They papers had been sent to me by mail. I never saw the paperwork for weeks. Finally somebody sent me an e-mail asking about this paperwork which I knew nothing about. The person had no idea that I was out of the country and no communication with the other agent I had meet prior. This same scenario played itself out a few more times over the course of the process. Each time I got a different agent that knew nothing about me being away and unable to get mail. For whatever reason these people couldn't understand how I was out of the country for so long and didn't get mail from the U.S. It was a completely foreign concept to them. Nearing the end of the process an offer was made and rejected by me. A new offer had to be signed and submitted. Once again the communication process brokedown when I told the person I was out of the country and can not sign and new offer via mail. After some back and forth it was approved for me to sign the offer and return it via e-mail. After that I didn't hear a word from Tax Tiger or the IRS until I returned home 6 weeks later and found an expired, accepted offer from the IRS waiting for a final payment from me. I was beside myself angry that I had come this far only to have this deal go bad because somebody dropped the ball and didn't tell me to have a check sent to the IRS. Luckily for me, the IRS was understanding and let the expired offer stand and my tax problem was cleared. I believe that if only one or two people worked on a case, the communication process would be much better. As it stands now, I never knew what agent I was going to talk to next. In the end my tax issue was resolved. Tax Tiger did what they said they would do and in the time frame they said it would take. I'm pleased with the result but I believe it was more difficult than it needed to be.
