We cannot begin to express our gratitude and appreciation for Patty at Tax Tiger. We have dubbed her our "Angel" because she worked tirelessly to resolve our issues and protect us from great harm by the IRS. And resolve them she did. We struggled for years with the IRS and their erroneous, outrageous charges against us and finally, through Patty's efforts, we were able to settle with the IRS for a greatly reduced amount. She literally saved us from financial ruin. Thank you, thank you, Patty/Tax Tiger from the bottom of our hearts!!!

They immediately stopped the levies, and they quickly got me into an affordable payment plan (that fit within MY budget...not what the IRS thinks is affordable...BIG difference). Once that was complete, they did everything necessary to appeal the outrageously high penalties I had been charged. I was delighted when the IRS reversed the majority of the penalties...saving me tens of thousands off my debt. The process with the IRS is long...because the IRS is SLOW...but Tax Tiger continued working with me for the entire process. I got the best possible result because of their hard work.

I am sorry this has taken me so long to write but y'all do know I am a procrastinator. I am amazed at the outcome I got with Tax Tiger. I had been having a rough few weeks since the IRS has been garnishing my wages out of my weekly check from my employer. Then one day I had been listening to satellite radio and had heard one of Tax Tigers ads for a consultation. I decided to put in a request to be contacted and within the hour I had received an email and a phone call from the founder and CEO, Kathy Hill. I didn't expect the call so soon and since I was working I wasn't able to speak when she first called me. I then received an email from her saying that she did call and that she herself would be available to me whenever I was free. Later that day we finally did get a chance to talk about my situation. She very polite over the phone and when when all was said and done I she gave me some wonderful free advice on handle the IRS. I called as soon as I got home and the within the hour my employer received a fax to stop the garnishment of my wages. After over two years of attempting to reach a resolution for my IRS audit, my wife and I finally decided to seek professional help and enrolled the services of Tax Tiger. We have been extremely pleased with their services and their professionalism. Ken, our tax professional, has been responsive, knowledgeable, flexible and very patient while helping us make the IRS understand that we did not owe them what they said we did. The final results truly surpassed our expectations! From a six digit figure that the IRS claimed we owed, Ken worked very diligently to reduce it to a little over $15K.
