The Counselor RosaMaria is excellent. Good empathy and very professional. Our only issue has been the voice; sometimes we have to change from the computer to the phone because the sound is intermittent.

My therapist on Tava is EXCELLENT! However, I am disappointed in the Tava platform and services from Tava itself. I had asked a billing question that got resolved but with no communication to me about the resolution. I also asked for legal support and how to get a subpoena to my therapist, this never got responded to.
