my question was not only not answered. It was essentially ignored. One email was sent with a dismissive statement and the ticket was closed unilaterally. UPDATE: after initially posting a negative review Tava reached out to me. They explained the origin of the air, admitted fault for it, and fixed it financially in less than 48 hours. You can’t really ask for anything more than that. It was certainly frustrating that they made such an error in the first place, but they owned it and fixed it. That aside I’ve never had any issue with my provider, in fact, I think she’s great. The platform is also user-friendly and very convenient. I’m a healthcare provider myself and I’ve actually referred several patients to their platform.
