This is Inaccurate- I want to give the ZERO stars. I simply visited their site without ordering their product- and their telemarketing team pestered me for the next 3 days until I gave them a sample order. The offer was 10 doses - which they would fulfill in 3 days. I received 5 and I went back and forth with their awful customer service for the past 2 weeks. And- Their product did not work as advertised. They refused to refund my money-even when they did not fulfill the order! DO NOT BUY INTO THEIR CLAIMS.

I completed my virtual exam, and was then ghosted. No meds, no contact, no nothing. Be careful if you use them, it’s very difficult to find customer service information. I even had a 2nd consultation with a medical team member because my app said I needed one. The physician was like why are you here. Customer service is non-existent. They take your money and run. I’m trying to get mine back, but I’m not holding out much hope.

After months of other ED products I ran across Taurus and I felt it was different. They called me back with questions that addressed my concerns. They were genuinely interested in my overall experience. I really liked the attention and personal professionalism. It was quite refreshing! Please extend this type of service to all the others interested in the best ED Product on the Market! Thank You!

The telehealth appointments are good and the providers are great. They remember me from time to time so that's awesome. The things I recommend Taurus work on is the communication. The chat will go unanswered for weeks and months... you have to call or email support. I recently had a telehealth appointment and the email link to join didn't work, there was no "upcoming appointment" listed in the portal. I was lucky enough that the Dr. Just called me outright. I've gotten emails where you say to schedule my own appointment on the app. There's no where that I've found that has this feature on the app or website. So some clunky app/website/chat issues could be fixed and it would REALLY help the company. The partnership with Quest for bloodwork usually works great. So that's a good thing. Everyone has really busy lives and I think that a way to step it up a notch would be to have proactive emails / texts sent out when the patient's prescription is about to run out. Reminding or even offering to schedule the next blood draw or telehealth. Thanks for the treatment so far.
