I experienced my first assignment on a credit spread. It was an awful feeling to wake up, turn on the computer and see my buying power at a negative 6 figures. I logged in, got into chat and Marc was able to talk me into taking the rope off and stepping down from the chair. Worked the problem (which was more of my anxiety and less about actual circumstances) Regardless of knowing (I spent hours on training) it was scary. I really appreciate and value having access to such excellent customer support. If you're on the fence about who your broker should be, look no further.

I've been trading for almost a decade on Fidelity and never realized how poor the experience was for retail traders. Tastytrade is such an incredible platform to use and works for the retail trader rather than against. Then on top of that the support is incredible and educational resources are the best around. Tastytrade has changed how I trade for the better.
