I was stuck when trying to figure out why something happened.. I contacted Help support for the first time and was chatting with a human in less than 2 mins. The guy helped me untangle my issue and I am good. TastyTrade is a genuinely good quality product and the people who run it seem like really good people too (Tom and Tony)

Help with Iron Condor LMT Stephen was kind enough to confirm my assumption for the reason my LMT order was not executing when hit; Volume of one of my legs had no liquidity. It was a good learning moment for me as a new options trader!

Barrett took the extra time to explain to me some processes regarding margin calls that I previously wasn't aware of. He not only took the time to educate me, but did so with a positive attitude and good spirits along the way. He made my day, and I wanted to be sure his team/manager was aware of how valuable his approach is to someone like me--your customer.
