This is my first ever TrustPilot review: Email support with a question and you’ll get a response that was typed by a real person that actually cares about getting you a real answer to the question you actually asked. This is a brokerage company that has millions and millions of dollars going through everyday. I have a tiny account and limited knowledge but I always get genuine replies that have been researched based on my actual account or trading situation. I just sent in a question about buying power usage of a specific trade and got a response (within 24 hours!!!) explaining it based on the shares in my account an existing working order and the impact of adding the new order. This is exactly how every email I’ve sent has been handled and it’s truly amazing. Calling the trade desk with questions is just as amazing. No matter how small your account is (I assume big accounts get great service too haha) or how dumb you think your question might be you’ll get your questions answered by someone that will educate you and make sure you’re actually understanding.

Alex and Stephen at Tastyworks were very quick to reply and without being vague gave me the information I needed to overcome my problem. Thanks again for all your help.
